About Nuthatch
Handling growth in a business can create a new set of issues and problems to deal with for the business owner. Stress can increase as the work load rises. Frustration becomes rife as more time needs to be spent on daily management issues rather than prospecting for new customers. Then there is anxiety about employing someone. What part of the business would they be most effective in? What about all the legislation involved? These can all be barriers to the continued success of the business.
Losing direction, vision and purpose can all be diverted in order to manage the day to day activities needed for the business to function and survive.
That’s where Nuthatch can help!
We understand the stress that can arise when things start to go wrong, or when you would rather concentrate on on the issues you would prefer to - but you just don’t have time! Flexibility and a positive outlook together with the necessity to empower the business owner to regain control are the key elements of our approach. Our priority will be to stop things getting worse, then once stability is regained, the underlying causes of the problems can be addressed. We offer practical advice and support to improve the daily management of the business, anything from setting up a simple bookkeeping system, keeping credit under control, financial monitoring and forecasting, help when taking the plunge into taking on staff, finding better ways to keep your customers happy, small project management, organising events, exhibitions and seminars, sourcing and applying for grants, …..to help with general business issues.
